Plots for Sale

All the roads on the Mauritzberg estate have been named after the manor's previous owners from the 16th to the 18th century. Noble family names, such as Grip and Ekebland, can be found among them.

All plots are equipped with modern amenities such as a connection to the municipal water supply and sewage system, as well as a fibre optic connection providing all types of communication, Internet and entertainment needs.

When you buy a plot, you are given the right to play on Mauritzberg's golf course (worth 50 000:- including VAT). Costs for water, sewage and electricity are additional.

Plots on Grips väg have views towards the south east, south or south west over Mauritzberg's golf course.  They are situated next to an old oak forest. Some of the plots have a sea view.
