The future development of the resort will take place in three stages. Mauritzberg has been cooperating with the local authorities in drawing up the detailed plans for developing the resort. These plans have now been officially approved and are contained in the following sections. They highlight the demanding requirements that the resort has set for its future development.
Detailed plans of the new development
The detailed plan of the first stage of development at Mauritzberg comprises 120 new plots. The detailed plans for the second and thirdstages comprise 44 (II) + 30 (III) = 74 new plots
