Mauritzberg is synonymous with fine dining in stylish surroundings, and we are famous for our gourmet menu. Visitors can dine in the Greve Bonde dining hall, have lunch or dinner in the Jägarsalen dining room, hold a grand reception in the manor's Gallery or simply relax in the lounge or under the parasols on the manor's terrace.

Our highly praised menu focuses on seasonal fare and uses local ingredients from our own lands and waters. We serve both gourmet-style culinary delights as well as traditional Swedish home-style dishes.

Our talented chef and restaurant staff will ensure that your gastronomic experience in this unique setting is an unforgettable one.

  • Greve Bonde Dining Room

    This beautiful Rococo dining hall in the main building of the manor house makes a romantic setting for a dinner party for up to 52 people.

  • Jägarsalen

    The rustic Jägarsalen dining room is situated in the north wing and has beautiful views overlooking Bråviken bay. Guests can enjoy a cosy breakfast, lunch or dinner in this restaurant. On dark winter nights, the open fireplace creates a warm and tranquil atmosphere, complementing the delightful gourmet experience.

    The Jägarsalen dining room together with the adjacent Silver Salon can accommodate up to 70 people. The restaurant is open to non-residents every day during the high season and otherwise upon request. For our hotel guests the restaurant naturally serves breakfast, lunch and dinner the whole year round.

  • Silver Salon

    The Silver Salon next to the Jägarsalen dining room offers another wonderful location for a meal with a view. The room can be adapted and turned into a private function room for a group of up to 45 people. The silver salon has a modern decor and is fully equipped, making it suitable for conferences.

  • Linnébar

    The Linné bar is in the main building, to the right of the entrance. The bar is decorated with wallpaper inspired by the Swedish botanist Carl von Linné, and the comfortable chairs offer a welcome retreat for anyone wishing to have a cup of coffee or tea or merely a quiet corner in which to read or chat.


  • Gripenkällaren

    Gripen Cellar

    The old cellar vault is next to the sauna in the north wing of the manor. It can be used by a maximum of 6 people as a room for group working or for wine or chocolate tastings.

    The Gripen Cellar is located on the lower ground floor of the north wing and has a fantastic sea view. This part of the building was spared the worst of the destruction during the Russian attacks in 1719. This was where the manor's food supplies were stored in times gone by.

  • Galleriet

    Gallery

    The former stable was turned into a gallery room that can be converted into a space for events, exhibitions, concerts and parties. This spacious and well-illuminated building has a 6 metre high ceiling and can hold up to 200 people. Please contact us for more information and detailed prices.
